Our inspection team focuses on services from a user perspective rather than that of the provider. We achieve this by testing services as a user through mystery shopping and comparing to regulatory requirements.
We can review complaint handling arrangements and have active discussions with users via focus groups or attending tenant and resident meetings, enabling us to collate service based information as experienced by a user.
Following an Audit Commission inspection, we can work with you to help consult with your tenants on any report findings and assist in the preparation of your action plan.
